If this is the first time that you are using the website you will be prompted to change the password to something you will remember.

You will be taken firstly to the Products page. All products are listed. The ones you are entitled to use will have a folded paper icon next to them. If you are not registered as a user of a particular product, then there is a link to our shop to buy access to that product.

If you click on the paper icon you will be taken to the list of documents available under that product. You should always read the guidance notes prior to first use. Click on the arrow down icon to download the relevant documents, at which point you will need to save to your local computer or server.

For the Checklists product, you should firstly read the guidance notes which are available under the 'products' tab. The main part of the checklist product is under the Checklist tab, but it is essential that you firstly download and read the guidance notes. There are further instructions on next steps within there.

For the training videos, you need to click on the Videos tab. You can then watch the videos. There may be a time lag before you can start to watch of up to a minute.
